Forth Rail Bridge At Sunset (with Snow)

A (close to) sunset photo of the Forth Rail Bridge, crossing the Firth of Forth between Edinburgh and Fife. This photo was taken during the "Big Freeze" (the one at the end of November) of 2010 and snow can still be seen on the shore down to the tide line. Snow can also be seen on the mountains in Fife, across the Forth. The Forth Bridge is an instantly recognisable landmark associated with Scotland and Edinburgh in particular and might be nominated as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Scotland.
