Bonnington Linn – Falls of Clyde

Bonnington Linn - Falls of Clyde

A very dry Bonnington Linn, the upper waterfall of the Falls of Clyde.
Together with Corra Linn, Dundaff Linn, and the lower falls of Stonebyres Linn, Bonnington Linn is part of the waterfalls on the River CLyde, near New Lanark, Scotland.
Besides the natural flow reduction in summer, the stream feeding these waterfalls is diverted upstream to feed the hydro-electrical Bonnington Power Station.

This is a 41 seconds exposure made with a B+W ND 3.0 filter.
